The ability to contribute to the leadership development of members of our Fraternity is important to both Brent and Lindzey because of the profound impact it can create. This scholarship fund will allow the Beta Zeta Chapter to honor Ben’s memory and legacy by awarding a scholarship(s) to an undergraduate student from each new member class. As a member of the Beta Zeta Chapter of Alpha Sigma Phi, he was affectionately known as “The Captain”, because of his commitment to building better men as the Vice President of Member Retention. While attending North Carolina State University, Ben pursued a major in Microbiology and became passionate about research. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout in 2018. Ben was a nationally ranked wrestler in middle school and at the state level in high school.
